DESCRIPTION:On Mon.\, March 9 at 7:15 pm\, before the Arlington Select Board\, the first set of warrant articles to be heard all concern care for Arlington’s Open Space.  Hear proposals to: create dark night skies for moths and other wildlife in Arlington\, preserve trees\, and protect our wetlands and public parks. Environmental Planner David Morgan will present a proposed bylaw that will require native plantings on public lands –  natives found currently in our ecosystem as well as those that will adapt well to predictions of our future climate.
