March 20: Getting Off Gas: Solutions for a Just Transition

A transition away from gas to heat our buildings is an important part of addressing climate change. But how do we accomplish that? Come hear about local efforts and strategies, including key legislative initiatives and the exciting alternative of networked geothermal energy—and learn what you can do to support them.

Speakers: Audrey Schulman, co-founder and co-executive director of HEET, a nonprofit climate solutions incubator; MA State Rep. Steven Owens, sponsor of the Future of Clean Heat bill; and Cambridge City Councillor Patricia Nolan.
