The Resilient Mystic Collaborative (RMC) has been working with emergency management experts, infrastructure managers, and community based organizations to better understand how a major winter Nor'easter (with 2.5 feet more flooding than 2018 record storms) would affect critical regional infrastructure and socially vulnerable people in the Lower Mystic. The Lower Mystic is comprised of six municipalities in the watershed: Boston (Charlestown & East Boston), Chelsea, Everett, Revere, Somerville, and Winthrop.
[Note: Arlington's Alewife Brook is a low-lying part of the Mystic River watershed.]
The webinar will be in English with Spanish translation and other languages upon advance request through the registration.
