Disclaimer: A goal of ACE is to produce savings for customers. Savings, however, cannot be guaranteed compared to your utility’s basic service rate which changes every six months for Residential and Small Business customers, and every three months for Large Business/Industrial customers. The ACE program seeks to provide price stability and average savings over the duration of the program, but because future basic service rates are not known, there is no guarantee of savings.

Current program rates used in calculator above. Effective dates of program rates described here. Eversource Basic Service rates change on January 1 and July 1 for Residential and Small Business accounts, and January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 for Large Business/Industrial accounts.
