Habitat is running a trial series of Saturday morning birding programs this summer to gauge the interest in birding for older kids. Start with birding in the meadow nearer the building and at Highland Farm. Next, examine the birdboxes and record activity (mainly from tree swallows, bluebirds and house wrens) that may be taking place and help do some maintenance on the boxes themselves. Help Habitat see if its efforts to keep house sparrows away are working.
Instructions and Directions:  Bring binoculars and bugspray. Meet at the log circle.
Registration is required.
