Who are all these people calling about renewable energy?
Starting August 1, Arlington's Community Choice Aggregation, a bulk electricity buying program, will give Arlington residents and businesses a higher basic amount of local renewable energy and the option to purchase more. It will also give them greater price stability over a longer term and help New England build more local renewable energy generating capacity.
Arlington electricity customers may have questions about the other renewable energy vendors contacting them by phone, mail and knocks at the door. Mass Energy (massenergy.org) has written about this issue. See:
